IMNT, LLC ("IMNT") is committed to protecting the privacy of all persons (collectively, "Users") visiting, accessing, browsing or using its website, www.ImInIt.biz (the "Site"). IMNT has established a privacy policy (the "Policy") that governs any non-personal, aggregate, or personal information submitted by Users or collected from Users (collectively, "User Information") on its Site in accordance with all applicable laws regarding the collection, access, use, disclosure, and storage of such information. IMNT's Terms of Use policy is incorporated by reference.

For the convenience of Users, IMNT has posted this Policy on its Site. Please read the Policy carefully to make sure you understand its terms and conditions, and consent to any changes made. By accessing the Site, a User accepts those practices outlined within the Policy.

1. What Type Of User Information Does IMNT Collect?

IMNT distinguishes User Information between two types: (1) Non-Personal and Aggregate Information and (2) Personal Information. Please refer below for more information regarding each type of User Information.

A. Non-Personal and Aggregate Information.

When a User visits, accesses, browses, or uses the Site, IMNT gathers and stores certain non-personal and aggregate information about a User's visit automatically. Such information includes, but is not limited to, the following:
  a) The Internet domain and IP address from which a User accesses the Site;
   b) The type of browser and operating system used to access the Site;
   c) The date and time when a User accesses the Site;
   d) The webpage(s) visited by a User while on the Site; and
   e) If a User links to the Site from another website, the address of that website.

These types of aggregated information do not identify a User personally. Instead, IMNT may use non-personal and aggregate information for multiple purposes, such as to continually monitor, administer, and improve the Site for Users, to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts on the Site, to analyze marketing and technology trends, and for internal analysis. IMNT may also use this information to learn more about the number of Users visiting, accessing, browsing, or using the Site, the types of technology that Users are using while on the Site, and those services and/or products offered by IMNT.

B. Personal Information.

IMNT collects and stores certain information whenever a User visits, accesses, browses, uses, makes a purchase or registers on the Site, including but not limited to, a User's name and e-mail address that personally identifies the User (collectively, "Personal Information").
IMNT collects and stores Personal Information through the use of cookie files on a User's computer. Such Personal Information is collected or stored whenever a User registers to purchase or download products or services

IMNT also uses Personal Information to deliver the products or services a User requests and to properly respond to and service a User's inquiry, request, and/or message. For example, if a User provides a child's name in connection with registering or purchasing a product or service on the Site, IMNT may use such information for the purposes of customizing a product or service. IMNT may also use Personal Information to develop and promote its relationship with Users by providing updates regarding current and future products and services. However, IMNT does not currently collect, use, disclose, or store Personal Information for any other purposes other than payment processing, nor is Personal Information provided to any third parties unless otherwise specified herein.

C. Information From European Users - Safe Harbor Notice.

IMNT is committed to handling Personal Information from Users subject to the European Union's data protection laws in accordance with the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles published by the U.S. Department of Commerce ("Safe Harbor Principles"). IMNT has created a Safe Harbor Notice in compliance with the Safe Harbor Principles. 2. What Are Cookies, And How Are They Used By IMNT?

Most web browsers allow Users to decide whether to accept cookie files and some programs notify Users when a website is about to deposit cookie files on a User's computer. The use of cookies is an industry standard that allows entities to provide useful features for their customers and gather data regarding a customer's intended use. For example, cookies are frequently used to track the progression of a customer engaged in an online purchase to ensure that the transactional information remains intact. A User may enable cookie files on a User's computer to allow for the customized presentation of the Site through retention of a User's email address or password.

3. Does IMNT Share User Information?

IMINT does not disclose or in any way share User Information with third parties without the consent or authorization of the User unless when required by law or as follows:

     a) To protect and defend IMINT's rights or property or those of Users; or
     b) In connection with a merger, consolidation or sale of substantial assets of IMINT.

4. How Does IMNT Secure User Information?

IMNT has enacted appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure User Information collected, accessed, used, disclosed, and/or stored on the Site. However, IMNT cannot guarantee nor has any control over public or third party networks through which Users send Personal Information to the Site. Further, IMNT is not responsible for the collection, access, use, disclosure, and/or storage of User Information by unauthorized parties when such access is obtained through illegal or deceptive measures.

5. Privacy of Minors.

IMNT is committed to protecting the privacy of minors under the age of 13. This Site is not intended for Users under the age of 13, and IMNT does not knowingly or specifically collect information about children under the age of 13 unless otherwise provided herein. To ensure that no information is collected from minors, the Site requires all Users who enter the site to affirm that they are over the age of 18 years. Furthermore, all Users whose email addresses are collected by IMNT must affirm that the address belongs to an individual who is at least 18 years of age. In the unlikely event that IMNT has mistakenly collected information about a minor through its Site, please notify us at support@iminit.biz so that we may immediately delete the information.

6. Third Party Users.

All independent contractors, vendors, and third party users (collectively, "Third Party Users") of IMNT's systems and documents containing User Information are subject to this Policy. All Third Party Users, including but not limited to, credit card processors, fulfillment and delivery companies, web services and others, are directed to: (a) protect all User Information from any unauthorized collection, access, use, disclosure, or storage; and (b) destroy or delete such User Information when no longer required for the purposed intended or by law, whichever is longer. Additionally, Third Party Users shall implement appropriate security measures to protect User Information.

7. Changes To The Policy.

This Policy is subject to change, and IMNT reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any modifications shall be posted on the Site. Please review this Policy carefully as the continued use of this Site by a User signifies his or her consent to such change.
