c) If a User misuses or abuses the Site or the Materials on it, the User agrees to indemnify IMNT and hold harmless IMNT from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs of suit, arising out of or in connection with such misuse or abuse.
d) User further agrees that IMNT shall be entitled to temporary and permanent injunctive relief to restrain any breaches or further violations of these Terms, without the posting of any bond, and that this right to injunctive relief shall be in addition to any and all of IMNT's other remedies and damages, including, but not limited to, costs, fees and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, incurred as a result of said breach or threatened breach.
e) In case one or more provisions contained in these Terms shall be determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect under any law, the validity, legality, or enforceability of the remainder of the provisions set forth herein shall remain effective and binding and shall not be affected or otherwise impaired thereby.

h) These Terms constitute the entire agreement between IMNT and a User with respect to the Site.
